With a degree in English and experience working in both a veterinary clinic and an eating disorder treatment program, I’ve always been drawn to roles where I can offer support and care. Whether working with families, pets, or individuals facing difficult challenges, I’ve learned that compassionate guidance makes all the difference.

When I became a parent, I found myself lost in a thicket of sleep advice and searching for answers. After many sleepless nights and too many frantic Google searches, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I became a Certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant to help other families avoid the same confusion and frustration I went through. My mission is to help you create a peaceful, restful sleep routine for your little one—without compromising your family values or adding more stress.

I’m especially passionate about supporting families who may not know that this kind of help is available or who may feel that support is out of reach.
